Why Work Here?

You will join a growing manufacturing facility in a stable, expanding industry, offering meaningful opportunities for long-term career growth. The 2-2-3 schedule provides flexibility, allowing you to attend appointments during the day, enjoy more full days off, and benefit from built-in overtime. The environment can be dusty due to tile dust, particularly on the press line, which is more mechanical and dusty than other areas. Some tasks require working in high areas on tall equipment, including the use of scaffolding. Certain areas, especially around kilns and ovens, can become very hot in the summer. The position follows a night shift 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with training initially conducted on day shift.
