We are seeking 10 skilled electrical laborers to join our team for an underground installation project as part of a self-perform solar project. This role involves installing conduit underground and handling above-ground wiring as well. Additionally, labor tasks such as shoveling and pulling wire will be required.
ResponsibilitiesJoin a rapidly growing industry, with the opportunity to work overtime (10-15 hours per week). Be part of a company with significant upcoming projects, ensuring stability and growth in Virginia through 2024 and 2025.
Work EnvironmentWork outdoors at a 125 MW solar project in Danville, VA, in a new construction environment. The schedule includes five 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with a potential Saturday shift. The workday starts at 7 AM, with three breaks throughout the day. Safety talks are conducted each morning. Appropriate outdoor work clothing is required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
