This is a 3-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) with full-time hours—giving you four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, or focus on what matters most to you.

Schedule

  • Friday – Sunday
  • 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Keep our equipment running safely and efficiently through electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues—fast
  • Install and improve systems (switches, sensors, controls, and more)
  • Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
  • Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to get the job done
  • Train and support team members when needed
  • Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO
  • Operate forklifts (or become certified)
  • Support Safety, Quality, and Production goals across the facility


What You Bring

  • Oregon Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant License (or higher)
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Closed-loop position controls
  • Encoders and electronic brakes
  • Boiler controls and industrial printing systems
  • European schematics and controls
  • Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Mechanical background (pneumatics, hydraulics)
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-starter who can work independently and get things done


Work Environment

  • Industrial/mill setting with active production, noise, and dust
  • PPE required at all times (hearing protection, safety glasses, etc.)
  • Physical role including standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs


Tools

  • Must provide your own tools
