This is a 3-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) with full-time hours—giving you four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, or focus on what matters most to you.

What You’ll Do
- Keep our equipment running safely and efficiently through electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues—fast
- Install and improve systems (switches, sensors, controls, and more)
- Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to get the job done
- Train and support team members when needed
- Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO
- Operate forklifts (or become certified)
- Support Safety, Quality, and Production goals across the facility
What You Bring
- Oregon Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant License (or higher)
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
- Strong knowledge of:
- Closed-loop position controls
- Encoders and electronic brakes
- Boiler controls and industrial printing systems
- European schematics and controls
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Mechanical background (pneumatics, hydraulics)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-starter who can work independently and get things done
Work Environment
- Industrial/mill setting with active production, noise, and dust
- PPE required at all times (hearing protection, safety glasses, etc.)
- Physical role including standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
