Job Description
Join a specialized electrical construction team supporting large-scale data center projects in Northern Virginia. In this role, you install and commission critical infrastructure, including server racks, cable tray systems, conduit, and fiber and copper cabling, while working in both non-energized and energized environments. You contribute directly to building high-availability facilities by performing precise installations, adhering to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with field teams at various electrician levels. Hiring Apprentices, Journeymen, and Lead/Foremen
Pay Rate depending on experience ranging from $22-30/hr for Apprentices ; $30-$45/hr for Journeymen ; $45-$60/hr for Lead/Foremen

Work Environment
You work on active data center construction sites in Northern Virginia, focusing on the installation of electrical and low-voltage infrastructure in large, mission-critical facilities. The environment includes both non-energized and energized work, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE, including 40 Cal protective arc-rated suits for certain tasks. You regularly work at heights, handle cable tray and conduit systems, and move materials that can weigh up to 50 pounds. The role may involve overtime to meet project deadlines and requires maintaining a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area at all times.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
