Electrician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have reasonable knowledge of electrical code and installation procedures.

  Previous experience in 2400V; 480 – 3 phase motor controls and system operation.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and programming
• Able to read electrical blueprints.
• Hold a Journeymen Electrician card preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
• Troubleshoot effectively with a minimum of supervision.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;
• Applicant is required to furnish his own hand tools.
• Experience in mining is helpful.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of safety in the electrical field.andnbsp;
• Capable of working with a minimum of supervision.
• All work described above to be done in an efficient and workman-like manner.andnbsp;
• Any knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus but not required.
• Applicant is responsible for the housekeeping and cleanup around his work area.
• Additional duties are required as assigned by management.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;
