Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Job Description
This role combines hands-on industrial electrical work with strong leadership, safety, and communication responsibilities. You will lead and motivate crews in the field while testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning 480V power distribution equipment in data centers, industrial facilities, and commercial construction environments. You will configure and modify electrical systems for plant production, diagnose and repair low-voltage systems, and collaborate closely with owners, manufacturing representatives, and onsite project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.

Work Environment
You will work primarily in data centers, industrial settings, commercial construction sites, and new build environments. The role involves hands-on work with power distribution equipment, electrical panels, conduit systems, and related industrial electrical infrastructure. Start times, break times, and work hours vary by site and project phase, with a typical workload of more than 40 hours but capped at 60 hours per week to support safety. Due to the nature of construction projects, occasional weekend work may be required. The environment is field-based and construction-oriented, requiring adherence to site safety protocols and appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment as dictated by each job site.
