Overview

We’re working with a rapidly growing construction and electrical services organization that is investing heavily in developing the next generation of skilled electricians.


This role is ideal for a hands on electrician (Foreman, Lead, Superintendent, or similar) who is ready to step out of the field grind and into a training focused position without losing the technical, hands on aspect of the work.


You’ll be responsible for teaching real world electrical skills, mentoring developing talent, and helping build a high performing workforce in industrial and commercial environments.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver hands on electrical training (conduit bending, transformers, wiring, etc.)
  • Teach NEC code and safety practices (NFPA70E)
  • Evaluate skill levels and identify training gaps
  • Build and rotate practical training assessments
  • Track trainee progress and maintain training documentation (LMS/logs)
  • Mentor and coach developing electricians
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve training programs


What We’re Looking For

  • Background as an Electrician, Foreman, Lead, or Superintendent
  • Strong experience in industrial or commercial electrical environments
  • Proven ability to lead crews, mentor, or train others
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, transformers, and field applications
  • Comfortable with a mix of hands-on training and administrative tracking
