Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in electrical construction/industrial electrical work with 2+ years leading crews.
  • Experience with critical power environments (data centers, semiconductor, industrial utilities) strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of single-line diagrams, control wiring, cable tray/conduit routing, grounding/bonding, and terminations.
  • Working knowledge of LOTO, NFPA 70E safe work practices, and jobsite safety leadership.
  • Ability to read/interpret drawings/specs, create daily plans, and coordinate across trades.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician license (state-dependent) and/or NCCER certification.

  • Familiarity with skid/modular electrical integration, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT).
  • OSHA 30, NFPA 70E certification, CPR/First Aid.

Physical / Travel Requirements

  • Ability to work in industrial environments, climb ladders, lift typical jobsite loads.
  • Travel to project sites as needed (often 50–100% depending on deployment model).

Success Metrics (What “Good” Looks Like)
