We are currently adding a Electrical Mechanical Technician to our Lifecycle Services team to support customers in the Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and maintaining complex automated systems.

Job DetailsWhat You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on conveyor and sorting systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues to restore equipment uptime
- Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, ensuring timely resolution
- Install and support new equipment and system upgrades
- Manage parts inventory and tools on-site
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure service satisfaction
- Stay current with system updates, service bulletins, and technical improvements
What You Bring:
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting
- Ability to work with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment (DMM, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Basic software/technical knowledge (Windows, networking concepts, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in active environments
- Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in field service, maintenance, or related equipment support
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred (electronics, mechanics, or similar)
Additional Details:
- Location: Philadelphia, PA (local travel within ~30 minutes)
- Schedule: Full-time with on-call availability (nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
- Reliable transportation required
