Job DescriptionThe Electrical Maintenance Supervisor assists the Plant Engineer in leading and directing salaried and hourly personnel engaged in all phases of the plant engineering function (General Maintenance, Cold End Mechanization, and the Batch and Furnace department). This includes installation, repair and maintenance of all plant systems, equipment, grounds and facilities. Supports compliance efforts with local, state and federal regulations concerning environmental affairs, OSHA, NFPA, and other governing agencies.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000 and includes a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
