Commercial & Industrial Electrical ContractingWe are a well‑established commercial and industrial electrical contractor headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations within a 60‑mile radius of our office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality electrical installations across a diverse range of project sites.
We are looking for a safety‑minded professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. This opportunity offers a clear path for career advancement, including progression into a Project Manager role.
Position Overview
The Electrical Foreman will supervise on‑site crews, coordinate daily project activities, communicate with subcontractors and site leadership, and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Projects typically include commercial new construction, industrial service work, and facility upgrades.
This is a Contract-to-Hire position, designed with a shorter, four‑month contract period to allow for a timely transition into full‑time employment based on performance.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Burlington, VT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
