Job Description
The Electrical Foreman leads field electrical work on a large-scale construction project, overseeing the build-out of various sized enclosures and coordinating both electrical and low-voltage installations on site. Work Environment
The role is field-based on a large-scale project, working in small to mid-sized teams under the supervision of a site superintendent. The work involves hands-on installation of electrical and low-voltage systems within various sized enclosures, using company-provided power tools and equipment, while employees supply their own basic hand tools and tool belt. The schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with the possibility of later hours and an average of around 45 hours per week. The environment can be repetitive at times, but the tasks are technically challenging and varied enough to keep work engaging while steadily advancing skills. Multiple regional offices support projects across different areas, and work is performed in an active construction and installation setting that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent productivity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $45.00/hr.
