· Experience with conductor sizing, circuit protection, shielding, and EMI/EMC requirements.
· Familiarity with vehicle-level system packaging and harness integration constraints.
· Experience using harness design tools (Creo and Team center).
· Experience working with engineering change management systems and structured documentation workflows. · Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring standards, and harness manufacturing processes.
· Knowledge of CAT standards, industry guidelines, and design best practices (preferred).
· Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
