## What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take the lead on complex electrical system design across healthcare, higher education, and commercial projects — working within a multidisciplinary MEP team that’s collaborative by culture, not just by policy.
- Lead electrical system design from concept through construction, owning the full project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, elevating the team around you
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients — you’ll be in the room, presenting, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships
- Collaborate across MEP disciplines on high-performance, resilient, and sustainable solutions
- Drive quality, code compliance, and technical excellence across every deliverable
This is a **hybrid role** — work from home, visit client sites, and connect with the team in the Seattle office for collaboration and team events. Local travel is minimal (5% or less).

## What You Bring
**Required:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of building electrical systems design experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proven project management and client-facing experience
- Strong leadership and mentorship track record
**Preferred (and will set you apart):**
- Healthcare and hospital design experience
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- PMP Certification
- LEED Accreditation
