Design, develop, and support electrical and electronic products with a focus on reliability, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, drawings, specifications, and product certification requirements.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues and provide technical support to manufacturing, service, sales, and customers.
Develop testing procedures and support product validation, quality, and compliance efforts.
Manage engineering changes (ECRs/ECNs) and drive product improvements related to quality, performance, reliability, and cost.
Research, evaluate, and implement replacement components for obsolete or unavailable parts.
Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methods to eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance customer value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve efficiency, and support business objectives.
