• 0 -1 years’ experience working with computer or information systems,
• 0 -1 years of work experience supporting testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, SCADA front ends, communications, and supporting applications.
**DEGREE REQUIRED**
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Competitive candidates must have strong technical and analytical skills.

• Experience with MS Professional Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio)
Responsibilities:
• Create, configure, and maintain displays for end users. Regularly update displays to ensure alignment with the EMS models, end user requests, and field conditions.
• Manage displays for all EMS and Training Simulator applications.
• Provide hardware and technology support for end users.
• Provide backup support to maintain Operating diagrams
• Provide EMS team initiative and project support related to project requirements, documentation, implementation, or other aspects as directed by EMS Leadership.
• Supports vendor coordination as directed by EMS Leadership.
• Participate in weekly Team calls to plan work and resolve issues
• Will perform display work, but might be involved in SCADA modeling, troubleshooting of SCADA communications, SCADA controls.
• May perform testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, including SCADA model, SCADA front-ends, communications, and supporting applications.
• Perform UI changes as necessary to support SCADA point to point testing.
