We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise ranging from computer programming for process control to control systems and power distribution. The ideal candidate will possess strong human relations skills and the ability to work well with all levels of plant supervision, personnel, external contractors, and vendors.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
You will be eligible for a broad array of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, lifeinsurance, a defined contribution retirement (401k) plan that has a 4% match, paid holidays,etc. Company full benefit program will be reviewed with you in detail during your initialorientation.You will be a participant in the 2026 Company Cash Incentive Plan. On an annual basis, your packagewill have a target cash incentive of one month of your compensation. Payout will be based onachieving corporate, business unit and strategic targets mutually agreed upon and approved byCompany, and pro-rated for your time in position. The Plan seeks to compensate senior leaders whocan have a profound, positive effect on the Company’s strategic, market and financialperformance, and provides significant upside potential in incentive earnings if performanceexceeds expectations.Your initial vacation allocation will be 15 days per year, subject to corporate policy and with thenext increment based on years of service. You are also eligible for 5 floating holidays
