- Experience: 2+ years in electrical assembly, panel building, or related field
- Schedule: 2nd shift
- Location: Sussex, WY (on-site)

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of electrical or panel assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience building panels with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
What You’ll Do
- Independently build and wire electrical control panels from schematics and layouts
- Interpret wiring diagrams and engineering prints with minimal clarification
- Perform fabrication tasks including drilling, tapping, and component mounting
- Use hand tools and equipment to assemble, wire, and terminate components
- Route, label, and terminate wiring to meet quality and workmanship standards
- Inspect completed panels to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and overall integrity
