A large industrial energy facility is looking for an experienced EHS Manager who wants real ownership, visibility, and impact. This role sits at the site leadership level, driving positive safety culture, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex operation. You’ll lead EHS programs end‑to‑end, work closely with operations and leadership, and be the go‑to authority for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Experience managing a Title V facility is a requirement.


The Role:

  • Lead and own site‑wide EHS programs for a complex industrial operation
  • Drive regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion a strong, proactive safety culture with real influence and visibility
  • Manage and oversee all environmental permits for the site, including the Title V permit


The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial, energy, manufacturing, or heavy operations environment
  • Knowledge of Cal-OSHA and other federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with a CEMS system with Air Permitting and Title V.
