Educational Assistant/Speech Therapy Facilitator
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and patient Speech Therapy Facilitator / Paraprofessional to support students receiving virtual speech therapy services. You will provide on-site logistical and behavioral support during remote sessions delivered by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare students for virtual sessions by escorting them to the speech therapy classroom.
• Provide hands-on support to keep students engaged, focused, and participating during teletherapy.
• Serve as the liaison between the remote SLP and school staff.
• Assist with therapy materials and maintain a positive, supportive environment.
