Job Title: E-commerce Manager (2–3 Years Experience)


Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing an e-commerce website. This role is ideal for someone who has supported or owned at least one online store and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations, merchandising, and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own daily site operations, ensuring a seamless and high-performing user experience
  • Execute product launches, updates, and onsite merchandising strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, abandoned cart rate, and revenue
  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and onsite messaging
  • Optimize product detail pages (PDPs), collections, and site navigation to improve conversion
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate site issues in collaboration with developers
  • Analyze performance using tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to identify friction points and improve the onsite experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3 years of experience managing or supporting a DTC or retail ecommerce website
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS
  • Strong understanding of core ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, development, and customer service teams
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with email and SMS platforms is a plus (e.g., Klaviyo)
