Early Careers Recruitment Lead (Remote)

We are partnering with a leading global, financial services organization seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Lead to take ownership of early talent programs across the U.S. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of internship, co-op, and graduate hiring initiatives while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and university partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and running programs, not just coordinating them.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Early Careers hiring programs (internships, co-ops, graduate roles)
• Lead planning and execution of campus recruitment strategies and hiring timelines
• Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and HR partners across business units
• Oversee interview scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding logistics
• Coordinate and represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, and outreach initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations
• Track hiring metrics, program performance, and provide reporting to leadership
• Ensure ATS data accuracy and manage pipeline activity across programs

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in early careers, campus recruiting, or recruitment program management
• Proven experience owning or leading early talent initiatives end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Experience within professional or financial services is preferred
• Self-starter with strong project management skills
