E-Learning Designer

Join a dynamic team in Wilsonville as an e-learning designer, where you’ll transform existing content into engaging, user-friendly training experiences. This full-time, 6-month contract offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, take ownership of projects, and grow your skills in digital learning and content development.


LOCATION: Wilsonville, OR

SALARY: $40/hr.

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | Flexible hours | ~6 mo. duration

*Core availability between 9:00am-3:00pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate existing training content into engaging, user-friendly e-learning modules
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to standardize and enhance training delivery
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to structure content for effective e-learning experiences
  • Manage projects independently while ensuring consistency, usability, and timely delivery of training materials


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years of experience in e-learning design and content development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate, with strong PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects, with familiarity in Canva as a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and engaging in virtual collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable using standard office and design software, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting of office materials as needed.
