Department Summary 

The Epic Transformation department focuses on the creation and delivery of education to the 100,000 staff members at Northwell Health. Within this department, the Digital Learning team serves as the gold-standard content creators, modernizing the delivery of Epic education for onboarding, ongoing learning, and optimization. Their sole focus is on creating high-end digital experiences for learners across the organization and driving continued innovation in adult learning.

Collect and integrate information, data, and content from departments and functions within the organization. Record and digitize information and ensure that it is stored safely and is secured through encryption or an antivirus. Produce reports and business intelligence for improving processes, products, or services. Provide education and training to end users on front end knowledge management system and reports. Provide content updates on knowledge management portals or sites.  Communicate change management strategies and enforce policy adherence. Oversee content strategy, content schedules and business requirements gathering. Internally advocate for and market knowledge tools and obtain buy-in and increased usage. Interview and understand user needs, problems and concerns and create strategies to build content.
