Driver/Driver Helper

As a General Production Worker, you will be involved in various tasks within the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include stocking, door hanging, and assisting on delivery routes. This role requires hands-on work with hand and power tools, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and read measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Put away stock, including trim and doors, in the warehouse.
• Hang doors using hand and power tools, a manual router, and tape measures, with occasional heavy lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Assist a full-time employee in delivering materials to sites as a passenger helper.
• Work standing for 8 hours a day at a fast pace, either individually or with a small team.
• Contribute to achieving daily goals and maintaining a cooperative team environment.

• Minimum of 6 months experience with hand or power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak loudly and clearly.
• Capability to perform tasks quickly and safely.

• Must bring steel-toed boots, a hammer, and a tape measure on the first day.
• Experience in wood cutting, nail gun usage, wood stacking, and documentation.
• Driving experience and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean warehouse with a casual dress code. You will work with a team of 6-8 people in a controlled temperature setting, primarily dealing with wood materials. Expect a dynamic and cooperative atmosphere.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
