What You’ll Do
As a Division Vice President, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, business growth, and client success across your region. You’ll lead a team of Account Managers, Directors, and staffing professionals while shaping strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth & Strategy
- Lead and execute business development and sales strategies across your division
- Identify new opportunities and expand client partnerships
- Represent all HealthTrust service lines within your market
- Lead High-Performing Teams
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for your team
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, performance, and collaboration
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives
- Strengthen Client & Vendor Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and partners
- Manage vendor networks to optimize staffing performance and fill rates
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction
- Operational & Financial Leadership
- Analyze financial and operational data to drive informed decisions
- Contribute to annual budgeting and performance planning
- Align regional operations with corporate strategy and goals
- Collaborate & Influence
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and corporate teams to solve challenges and improve outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor and representative of executive leadership when needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
- Proven success in sales strategy execution and business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
