Distribution Coordinator

🕒 Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Coordinator to support the scheduling, processing, and auditing of clinical trial shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring clinical materials are distributed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch clinical trial materials to domestic and international sites
• Process orders and prepare shipment documentation (on-site and offshore)
• Audit shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Manage daily workflow priorities and generate operational reports
• Ensure all shipments meet required turnaround times
• Support international shipping, including import/export documentation
• Handle FedEx and non-FedEx bookings, invoices, and approvals
• Maintain just-in-time labeling worksheets and shipment tracking updates
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and Project Management teams
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, and study protocols
• Support resolution of order processing and documentation issues

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or clinical operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately

Preferred Experience

• Clinical supply chain, pharmaceutical, or biotech background
• Familiarity with GMP and SOP compliance
• Experience with international shipping and regulatory documentation
