Job Overview
We are launching a brand-new 92,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Lebanon, PA and are seeking a proven leader to join us as our Distribution Center Manager build and manage operations from the ground up.
As a premier supplier of blank and decorated apparel, we are making significant investments in advanced automation and robotics to enhance fulfillment speed, accuracy, and overall customer experience. This is a unique opportunity for a Distribution Center Manager to establish a greenfield operation and shape its performance, culture, and success for years to come.
What You’ll Own as Distribution Center Manager
- Full P&L responsibility, including safety and overall operational performance
- Building, developing, and leading a high-performing team from the ground up
- Implementation and optimization of automation and robotics workflows
- Oversight of inbound, outbound, inventory, and decoration operations
- KPI management across productivity, accuracy, cost per unit, and on-time delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
- Proven track record managing large-scale facilities (75,000+ sq. ft. or greater)
- Experience with WMS systems, automation, or robotics strongly preferred
- Background in apparel, e-commerce, or high-SKU environments is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams and shape culture from the ground up
