South Florida | Airport Cargo & AOG Operations

A well-established South Florida time-critical courier operation is seeking a top-tier dispatcher with proven experience managing urgent logistics, airport cargo recoveries, and high-priority shipments.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for dispatchers currently working in air cargo, medical logistics, or time-critical courier operations who want to step into a stronger operational environment.

Dispatchers currently working at companies that handle AOG, Clinical Trials or similar logistics are encouraged to apply.

You will manage real-time courier operations across South Florida, coordinating drivers and ensuring the successful execution of high-priority and time-sensitive shipments.

The position requires someone who can think quickly, make operational decisions, and control dispatch during high-volume periods.

• Dispatch and manage drivers across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties

• Coordinate airport cargo recoveries and airline pickups

• Execute time-critical and AOG shipments

• Monitor drivers and shipments in real time

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status

• Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain service reliability

• 3+ years dispatch experience in courier, freight, or air cargo logistics

• Experience managing multiple drivers and urgent shipments simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of South Florida geography and major airports

• Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure dispatch environment

• Airport cargo operations or airline cargo terminal recoveries

• AOG (Aircraft on Ground) logistics coordination

• Time-critical courier or medical logistics dispatch

• Experience with dispatch or logistics software systems
