We’re looking for a results-driven Dispatch Manager to lead and own dispatch operations.

This is not a dispatcher role — it’s a leadership position focused on execution, team performance, and operational control.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and manage the dispatch team
• Oversee daily load planning & execution
• Ensure on-time performance and route efficiency
• Handle escalations and real-time issues
• Track KPIs and improve operational performance
• Maintain compliance (ELD, HOS, etc.)
• Hold team accountable and drive results

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in U.S. trucking dispatch
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong operational mindset (not just task execution)
• Decision-maker under pressure
• Organized, fast, and solutions-driven
• Experience with dispatch systems, ELD, Excel
