What we are looking for

We are seeking a Director who will serve as the strategic commercial technology advisor to senior clients across the pharma, biotech, and MedTech sectors. This role bridges commercial strategy, technology architecture, and digital execution to accelerate omnichannel transformation and drive measurable commercial impact.


What you’ll do

▪ Guide clients through commercial transformation journeys, including digital acceleration, field force evolution, and omnichannel modernization.

▪ Architect future-state commercial technology ecosystems, integrating Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, OCE, MDM, DAM, CDP, and MarTech solutions.

▪ Oversee delivery of large-scale omnichannel programs, including CRM redesign, NBA, MarTech deployments, content platforms, and channel activation.

▪ Lead the firm’s commercial technology sales pursuits with new and existing clients. ▪ Develop industry-leading IP: maturity models, diagnostic tools, frameworks, POVs. ▪ Own project financials, including revenue, margin, burn rates, and forecasting.

▪ Run practice-level planning for capability investments, hiring, and business prioritization.


Must Have

▪ 15+ years of work experience in life sciences consulting or technology advisory roles after graduate school, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact. ▪ Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

▪ Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design, and execute solutions for challenging business situations.

▪ Proven thought leadership within your industry space, including production, syndication/publication of marketable knowledge.

▪ Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of client organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities.

▪ Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

▪ Deep domain and hands on expertise in at least 2 of the following:

o Omnichannel Strategy and Data Governance o Omnichannel Data and supporting infrastructure (data warehouse, CDP, Clean Room, Consent and Identity Management Solutions)

o Creative and Content Enablement (Content Strategy, Modular Content Creation MLR Process Optimization)

o Omnichannel Orchestration (NBA, Digital Targeting) o Marketing Automation (Platform expertise on HubSpot, Salesforce, Veeva)

o Measurement and Analytics (MMix, MTA etc.)

▪ Associate Principal/Partner-level (or equivalent title) experience at a leading consulting firm.

▪ Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements.

▪ A willingness to travel to meet client and organizational needs.
