About the role
The Director of SEC Reporting, Technical & Intercompany Accounting, is a leadership role responsible for the integrity, quality, and timeliness of the Company’s external financial reporting, technical accounting conclusions, stock-based compensation accounting, intangibles and impairment, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting activities. This role serves as the enterprise owner of SEC reporting and disclosure, leads most technical accounting analysis across the organization, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
The Director partners closely with multiple cross functional partners across the organization as well as external auditors to deliver high-quality financial statements, transparent disclosures, and a strong internal control environment. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and plays a critical role in supporting complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

Working conditions & physical requirements
This will be a hybrid role required to be onsite at the corporate office on specified days. The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated.
