Director or Sr Director, Clinical Development -FTE -NYC-Biotech

Seeking a physician leader to join the clinical development organization and play a key role in advancing innovative therapies from strategy through regulatory approval. This individual will lead the design and execution of clinical programs, provide medical oversight across development activities, and help shape overall clinical strategy to support successful product development.

Qualifications

• MD required (board certification preferred)
• Neuroscience expertise required (neurology, psychiatry, or related field strongly preferred; academic experience a plus)
• Minimum 4–5+ years of industry experience in clinical development (pharma, biotech, or CRO)
• Experience serving as a medical monitor and leading clinical trials
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, data interpretation, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred
