Position Title: Director of Revenue Strategy & Growth
FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Strategy & Growth is a key strategic leader on the Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. This individual is responsible for designing and executing data-driven revenue strategies through promotions, incentive programs, and field sales initiatives.
They serve as the primary analytics and reporting resource for the sales and events teams - turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance. This role works in close partnership with Finance and Business Intelligence while maintaining a collaborative, complementary relationship with each team's respective function.
Looking ahead, this role plays a forward-looking part in evaluating and implementing AI tools and technologies to strengthen the organization's competitive capabilities - supporting both internal teams and external brand partners through emerging platforms and innovative solutions.
Position Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Promotions
- Partner with the CSO to develop and refine promotional programs, incentive structures, and sales strategies designed to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Project Management to execute strategies internally - coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, BI, and Operations - and externally with the field to ensure initiatives land effectively at the distributor level.
- Lead forecasting for events and promotions - modeling expected performance, setting targets, and monitoring results in real time.
- Measure the impact of programs and initiatives, reporting results back to leadership with clear takeaways and recommendations for future cycles.
- Identify opportunities within the field to capitalize on gains and close performance gaps through targeted initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze field-related sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop and maintain new reports and dashboards for the sales and events teams to improve visibility and day-to-day decision-making.
- Build and manage models and trackers to support compensation planning, goal-setting, and performance analysis.
- Guide internal teams on best-practice reporting functions and self-serve analytics - acting as an accessible in-house resource for data questions.
- Work in close partnership with the Business Intelligence and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Support compensation plan analysis and provide strategic input on plan design, modeling, and implementation.
- AI & Technology Implementation
- Partner with the Senior Director of Project Management to research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools and solutions across internal sales operations.
- Lead efforts to develop an AI-powered analytics dashboard integrated with the Exigo platform for use by brand partners.
- Evaluate third-party applications and platforms as potential AI solutions for external partner enablement.
- Stay current on emerging AI and analytics technologies relevant to the direct sales and network marketing space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a collaborative partner to Finance and BI teams, ensuring alignment between revenue strategy and financial planning without duplicating existing functions.
- Support the events team with data, reporting tools, and forecasting to improve planning, execution, and post-event performance review.
- Work alongside operations leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and at scale.
Position Skills
- Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in promotional strategy, incentive design, and sales program development.
- Proficiency with Mode Reporting - able to build, manage, and iterate on dashboards and recurring reports that give leadership real-time visibility into performance.
- Working knowledge of the Exigo commission engine - familiar with how commission structures, rank qualifications, and payout logic are configured and analyzed within the platform.
- Advanced Excel skills - fluent in building models, trackers, and analytical tools from scratch, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- SQL proficiency - able to write queries to pull, filter, join, and manipulate data directly from databases, reducing reliance on others to access raw data.
- Comfortable building dashboards and reports from scratch and coaching others to use them independently.
- Ability to analyze and contribute to compensation plan design and modeling.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with Finance, BI, Operations, and Field teams.
- Clear and confident communicator - able to present complex findings to both data-savvy and non-technical audiences.
- Outgoing, collaborative, and energized by working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, relationship-driven direct sales environment.
- Strategic thinker with a curious, proactive mindset - you surface insights without being asked and connect data back to business outcomes.
Position Qualifications
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred. Some post-secondary education combined with substantial relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a degree.
Minimum Experience:
- 4+ years in sales operations, revenue analytics, or a data-focused role
Preferred Experience:
- Network marketing or MLM industry experience is strongly desired
- Familiarity with Exigo or a comparable back-office direct sales platform
