The community's newly remodeled Ranch House is a high end facility with year round lap lanes, a seasonal recreational pool, a thriving tennis program, a gym, a host of fitness class offerings, along with a community bar, living room and mail facilities. River Valley Ranch is a thriving community consisting of 552 lots/units, surrounding an award winning 18 hole championship golf course with restaurant (operated outside of the HOA).

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 based upon experience
Description
The Director of Programming & Community Engagement is a full-time, on-site role located in Carbondale, CO. This position involves designing, implementing, and overseeing programming and special events that foster community interaction and engagement while aligning with the core mission to make River Valley Ranch a place where people love to live! Responsibilities include managing the community's full service swim and fitness center and planning/executing community events.
