The mission is simple: make homeownership seamless, proactive, and effortless. This is a ground‑floor leadership role for someone who wants more than execution. You’ll design the operating model, build the vendor ecosystem, set the service standard, and lead the business as it scales nationally.

The Opportunity

As Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the company’s service delivery model from the ground up. In the early stages, this role is highly hands‑on. Over time, you’ll transition into leading a growing operations team and vendor network. This role offers a rare blend of startup, operational design, and long‑term leadership runway.


Key Responsibilities

Build & Launch Operations

  • Design and implement the end‑to‑end service model
  • Personally manage early customer requests to establish service standards
  • Deliver a consistently high‑touch, premium customer experience


Develop a Scalable Vendor Network

  • Source, vet, and onboard trusted home service providers
  • Establish pricing models, service standards, and performance expectations
  • Build a repeatable, scalable approach to vendor partnerships


Own the Customer Experience

  • Define and maintain concierge‑level service standards
  • Handle escalations and continuously refine service delivery
  • Implement feedback loops, quality controls, and performance metrics


Create Systems That Scale

  • Build workflows, SOPs, and operational playbooks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Partner with technical teams to implement smarter operational solutions


Lead & Grow the Team

  • Define the operations org structure and hiring roadmap
  • Recruit, develop, and lead an operations team
  • Transition from hands‑on operator to strategic leader as the business grows


Qualifications Experience

  • Background in home services, residential construction, general contracting, or property management
  • Experience building or scaling operations in a fast‑moving environment


Skills

  • Strong vendor management and relationship‑building capabilities
  • Proven ability to create structure, systems, and repeatable processes
  • Execution‑focused with a strong bias toward action
