Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Director of Growth Marketing, to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.


This role is responsible for building and optimizing a performance-driven growth engine that generates consistent, measurable, and qualified lead flow. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that owns demand generation, SEO, analytics, website optimization, and marketing systems. This is not a content, PR, or brand-only role, success is defined by measurable growth outcomes.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth and demand generation strategies to drive qualified lead flow
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels across digital channels, from awareness to conversion
  • Own and execute SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and domain authority growth
  • Manage and grow backlink acquisition strategies to improve search visibility and authority
  • Optimize website performance to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Implement and manage retargeting and nurture campaigns to improve conversion efficiency
  • Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards to track impressions, engagement, conversions, and pipeline impact
  • Establish and maintain attribution models connecting marketing activity to measurable outcomes
  • Audit, implement, and improve marketing technology systems including CRM, automation, and tracking tools
  • Identify and resolve gaps in data tracking, reporting, and marketing infrastructure
  • Ensure all marketing activity is measurable, optimized, and tied to lead generation performance
  • Support thought leadership and brand visibility efforts as a driver of inbound demand
  • Connect personal brand and organizational visibility to measurable lead generation outcomes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Strong experience in SEO strategy, execution, and domain authority growth
  • Proven ability to build and optimize digital funnels and lead generation systems
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing dashboards, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and website performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
