Role Overview: Director of Growth Marketing – On-site
Join our mission-driven team as a Director of Growth Marketing, a key leadership role reporting into the Chief Growth Officer and working closely with the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team.
This is an on-site role based in Clearwater, Florida, with strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and leadership to drive pipeline, market expansion, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will own and execute hellocare’s growth marketing strategy, driving qualified pipeline, accelerating demand generation, and supporting the company’s rapid scale. You will play a critical role in positioning hellocare as a category leader and ensuring marketing directly contributes to revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive qualified pipeline, including digital campaigns, account-based marketing, and demand generation initiatives aligned with sales priorities.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with sales and leadership to support go-to-market strategies across health systems, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
Pipeline Ownership & Performance
- Own marketing-driven pipeline targets, track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion and ROI.
Product Marketing Support
- Support positioning, messaging, and launches of new products and features to drive adoption and growth.
Content & Campaign Strategy
- Develop high-impact campaigns and content that resonate with healthcare decision-makers and drive engagement across channels.
Events Marketing
- Own and execute event marketing strategy across key industry conferences, executive events, and field marketing initiatives to drive pipeline, strengthen relationships, and increase brand visibility.
Public Relations & Communications
- Lead PR and communications efforts, including press releases, media engagement, announcements, and thought leadership to elevate hellocare’s brand and market positioning.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Implement and manage tools, processes, and reporting to ensure visibility into performance, attribution, and growth metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution across all growth initiatives.
Your Profile
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth in healthcare, SaaS, or technology companies
- Strong experience working with enterprise sales teams in complex B2B environments
- Experience with account-based marketing, digital campaigns, and performance marketing
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to measure and optimize performance
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
