A prestigious, privately managed public assembly facility has an excellent and immediate opening for a Food & Beverages Operations Director to oversee the execution of events that average 1,500-80,000 people. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader, with maturity to serve on a senior management team.


Duties and Responsibilities


• Lead the company's day-to-day business operations (managing budget, ensuring operational compliance, addressing administrative issues, etc).

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client(s) before, during, and after their event.

• Provide leadership and communications on behalf of clients to Event Managers, Culinary and Purchasing departments and operations staff.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred.
  • 5 -10 years of relevant experience in events management is required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
