Webster at Rye is seeking a Director of Dining Services! We’re seeking an experienced Director of Dining Services to lead our dining employees and ensure every resident enjoys meals that are nutritious, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the total operation of the Dining Service Department who has demonstrated experience with cooking and beautiful demonstrations displaying creative food events. As the leader of the department, it is expected that the right candidate suggests, implements and carries through with established objectives, standards, policies and procedures in accordance with any local, state and federal guidelines. Responsible for maintaining sound departmental relations and for integrating the dining service with the facility plan of operations within the Webster at Rye community.
