Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

A well-established organization is hiring a Director of Campus Operations to lead its flagship property. This is a senior, year-round role with full ownership of the campus.

Relocation fully covered. Free on-site housing provided.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced operations leader looking to oversee a large, active property with year-round programming.

The property operates year-round, hosting a large summer program plus off-season retreats and events. The Director owns facilities, vendor relationships, capital projects, compliance, budget, and the seasonal scale-up each summer. Reports to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of all maintenance operations across buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of maintenance staff
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation (labor, tools, materials)
• Collaborate with leadership and provide regular operational reports and updates

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience managing large-scale properties or multi-building operations
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
