Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within 3PL, supply chain, or manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and driving significant revenue growth


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., medical, automotive, technology, or similar sectors)
  • Established network of industry contacts and key decision-makers


The successful candidate will drive new business development and revenue growth across complex, highly regulated industries. This role is responsible for identifying and securing high-value opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored supply chain solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop tailored supply chain solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposal development, account growth, and service delivery.
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion of key accounts and consistent pipeline development.
