Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Finance, the Director, of Outpatient Services, will proactively support the AVP ad Vice President (VP) by participating in strategic leadership meetings and provide oversight of the complex financial analyses required for decision making and sustain the outpatient growth strategies. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership and Corporate Finance departments and interdisciplinary departments to monitor financial performance. Responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial reports and communication of financial information to the entity's operational leadership, senior executives, and board of directors. Lead all efforts in preparing the entity's annual and interim forecast and continually monitor performance and forecast actual activity throughout the year. Oversee internal controls, identify issues and risks. Review and approve major capital transactions. Estimated salary range for this position is $98,529.60 - $128,088.48 / year depending on experience.

Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or related fieldMBA or master's in accounting preferredStrong knowledge of healthcare industry, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial controlsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in dealing with operational leadership, and presenting financial information to senior executives/boards of directorsExperience in preparing budgets, financial analyses surrounding return on investments and approving financial transactionsExperience with healthcare financial operations (revenue cycle, cost drivers, key performance indicators) and financial reporting (including general understanding of Medicare cost reports)Financial oversight of pharmacy enterprise, real estate and other managed clinical operationsProficient and effective use of financial and decision support software applicationsMust have a demonstrated ability to lead, articulate objectives and goals, make recommendations and influence management behaviorArtificial Intelligence knowledge is considered a plus
