Key Responsibilities:
• Be a 'boots on the ground" partner leadership team member and serve as SME regarding interpretation and application of federal, state and local EHS regulations.
• Establish and implement EHS goals and strategies.
• Design and lead employee training programs regarding EHS behaviors and compliance.
Requirements:
• Unrestricted authorization to work for any employer in the United States
• Ability to commute or relocate to Janesville, WI on a daily basis.
• Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of EHS management experience
