RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the D&A Strategic Roadmap. Work with the CDAO, D&A leadership, Commercial Group, Technology and Brand/Corporate Partners to develop a 3-year roadmap
Develop and chair an operating framework for major cross-D&A initiatives. Ensure that D&A acts as an integrated unit
Develop and own D&A job families. Develop and oversee training programs for D&A (“hard” skills such as analytics, and “soft” skills such as presentation and influence). Develop career pathways for D&A employees. Host a cross-training program for D&A
Lead the D&A Analyst Rotation and Co-Op/Intern programs, including recruitment. Be the keeper of “evergreen” job postings for entry level D&A roles and chair screening of candidates using case studies
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or Mathematics required
MBA preferred
7 - 10 years relevant experience in data & analytics, consulting, marketing, business analysis, data management / reporting, or other related area; MBA in lieu of experience accepted
