Balanced Physician Care, a physician-owned Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice located in Jacksonville Beach, FL, is seeking a Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics Physician. 2026 graduating residents are encouraged to apply.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Competitive base salary + panel growth bonus

- Typical volume: 10–14 patients per day

SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule
- No weekend clinic hours
- Shared, low-volume call
PRACTICE MODEL
Balanced Physician Care operates under a Direct Primary Care model, empowering physicians to:
- Maintain smaller, manageable patient panels
- Spend more time with each patient
- Build long-term, relationship-based care
- Practice medicine with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Interest or training in integrative and/or functional medicine preferred
- Brings a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for relationship-driven, patient-centered care
- Values accessibility, continuity, and thoughtful care planning
- Thrives in a collaborative, small-practice environment
- Experience in placing iVs preferred but not required
