Job Description

The Dining Services Manager @ Magnolia Glen is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.

Schedule: Open availability (Typical shifts 6a-4p or 10a-8p - including weekends as needed)

Salary Range $60k - $68K

Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K

*Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Dining Services specifically within Senior Living*

What will I do every day?

  • Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
  • Manage the front of house team
  • Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
  • Record production and operational data as required
  • Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
  • Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum of five years food service supervisory experience required
  • Employee training experience
  • Scheduling
  • Managing Labor management
  • POS user experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

  • A current Food Handler’s / Serve Safe Certificate is preferred (must be willing)
