About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine and digital footprint.
While this role will start with a primary focus on Meta, this is not a single-channel position. We are looking for someone who can both maximize performance in our current channel and strategically expand into additional paid channels over time (LinkedIn, Google, and beyond).
This is not a coordinator role. This is for someone who has personally managed and optimized campaigns at scale, understands performance at a granular level, and can confidently make budget allocation decisions based on data.
You will be responsible for driving qualified investor leads, not just lowering CPL. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of creative strategy, audience psychology, and conversion tracking.
Core Responsibilities1. Meta Ads (Primary Channel – Immediate Ownership)
Own, optimize, and scale performance within Meta Ads Manager
- Build, launch, and iterate campaigns end-to-end
- Develop and test:
- Creative angles (hooks, messaging, positioning)
- Formats (UGC, static, video, carousels)
- Audience segments (broad, lookalikes, retargeting)
- Optimize daily based on:
- CPL, CPBC, frequency, and lead quality
- Manage tracking infrastructure:
- Meta Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI)
- Attribution windows and post-iOS limitations
- Identify winning creatives and scale spend without performance drop-off
2. Paid Media Strategy & Funnel Ownership
Own full-funnel paid strategy across all campaigns
- Build structured funnels:
- Prospecting → Retargeting → Conversion
- Align messaging to investor sophistication level
- Continuously test:
- Offers
- Landing pages
- Funnel friction points
- Focus on conversion efficiency, not just traffic or leads
3. Data, Analytics & Budget Ownership
Own performance outcomes and budget allocation
- Make weekly budget decisions based on real performance data
- Kill underperformers quickly and scale winners aggressively
- Go beyond platform metrics:
- Evaluate lead quality, booked calls, and downstream conversion
- Validate performance using tools like Google Analytics 4
- Build clear feedback loops between marketing and sales
4. Creative Strategy & Execution (Critical)
This is not a “media buyer only” role—you must understand creative deeply
- Write high-performing ad copy (no templated or generic ads)
- Concept and direct ad creatives (static + video)
- Collaborate with team or execute yourself when needed
- Understand what makes ads convert vs. just look good
- Continuously iterate based on performance data
5. Multi-Platform Expansion
Expand beyond Meta as performance stabilizes
- Identify and launch new paid channels:
- LinkedIn Ads (investor targeting)
- Google Ads (search, retargeting, intent capture)
- Develop channel-specific strategies (not copy/paste from Meta)
- Allocate and shift budget based on performance
- Build a diversified, scalable acquisition engine over time
6. Reporting & Communication
Provide clear, actionable insights
- Deliver weekly performance breakdowns:
- What’s working
- What’s not
- What’s changing next
- Communicate insights clearly
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap and learnings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media & digital marketing management (not overseeing agencies)
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google and other paid avenues
- Proven ability to scale campaigns with meaningful budgets
- Highly analytical with strong optimization instincts
- Strong creative thinker with proven copywriting ability
- Experience marketing to high-income or investor audiences preferred
- Self-starter who can operate independently and take full ownership
Requirements
- Proven track record managing and scaling paid campaigns ($50K+/month preferred)
