At Summer Moon, coffee is more than routine – it’s a moment of connection. We’re a Texas-born, family-run company built on craft, community, and hospitality – known for our oak roasted coffee and signature Moon Milk.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to build and run our digital engine across email, social, and web – driving meaningful business growth while holding a high bar for creative craft, detail, and visual quality.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role in a lean team for someone who can connect strategy → creative expression → execution → performance. This requires both strategic thinking and direct execution.

You’ll help us understand what’s working, where we should go next, and how to translate that into consistent, high-performing execution. You won’t just set direction – you’ll write, build, guide, and optimize. You have a strong creative instinct and take pride in making work that is not only effective, but thoughtful, elevated, and beautifully made.

This role partners closely with the CMO on website strategy and overall digital performance.

·      Translate campaigns into effective site merchandising (homepage, landing pages, product storytelling)

·      Write and update product, landing page, and campaign content

·      Partner with the CMO and agency to prioritize and implement site enhancements aligned to KPIs

Organic Social & Community

·      Own organic social strategy and execution, creating and guiding consistent, high-quality, platform-native content

·      Directly create day-to-day content (copy, video, and photo), including hands-on filming, photography, and editing, while leveraging broader brand assets (e.g., founder interviews, multi-use content)

·      Manage the agency relationship for community management, ensuring all responses reflect a hospitality-first, on-brand voice

·      Use insights to continuously improve content performance and customer engagement

Creative Direction & Content

·      Own creative direction across digital channels, ensuring a high bar for quality, consistency, and brand alignment

·      Write briefs, concept ideas, and guide content development from idea through execution

·      Plan and lead photoshoots with clear intent around styling, composition, and output

·      Partner with a designer to elevate creative execution across channels, with a focus on email and campaign work

What We’re Looking For

·      5–8+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth roles

·      Experience owning campaigns across email, social, and web

·      Strong writing skills (email, briefs, product copy)

·      Proven ability to translate ideas into polished, high-quality creative

·      Experience leading content production and photoshoots

·      Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams

·      Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution

·      Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Adobe Express, Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), and analytics platforms
