The Role:

We are looking for a high-energy Digital Designer to be a key execution partner for our Creative team. You are a visual storyteller who lives at the intersection of brand aesthetics and performance marketing. You aren’t just making things "look pretty"—you are building high-impact digital experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Digital Design, you will be the primary driver of our digital output, transforming big creative visions into pixel-perfect reality across our entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute with Excellence: Design and produce high-performing visual assets across our entire

digital ecosystem, including lifecycle marketing (Email/SMS), paid media, organic social, and

landing pages.

• Guard the Aesthetic: Ensure every digital touchpoint feels modern, intentional, and 100% on-brand.
• Support the System: Work within and help maintain our Figma design systems to ensure visual consistency as we scale.
• Innovate Workflows: Leverage AI-augmented tools and modern design software to increase output speed without sacrificing quality.
• Own the Technicals: Manage product imagery uploads, asset resizing, and prepare files for our development team.
• Collaborate: Bring fresh references and "future-proof" ideas to campaign brainstorms.

What you bring:

• Digital-First Mastery: A deep understanding of how design functions across different surfaces, from thumb-stopping social ads to high-conversion mobile layouts.
• Technical Toolset: High proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Meticulous Eye: Obsessive attention to detail regarding typography, hierarchy, and layout.
